This adorable Elf is named GRAMPY and he is from the North Pole.  He is hand crafted, hand painted and glittered in Poland.  He is sporting a Red and Green glitter vest with Polka Dot Socks.  He has a secret present behind his back!  Measures 7 inches tall and 3 inches wide.
