JingleNog FRANK D. FLURRY

This whimsical Snowman is mouth blown, hand painted, decorated and glittered in Italy.  Frank is wearing a red and gold glitter dot sweater and green and red stripe pants.  His top hat is adorned with a Holly berry leaf and he wears a white and green glitter scarf.  Measures 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide.
