This whimsical ornament needs to be on everyone's tree this year!  Standing 5.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide.  He has a lasso and fringe on his britches.  Hand painted by skilled artisans, mouth blown glass and made it Italy.  Each is a piece of artwork.
