DeCarlini Elf in a Dome

This jovial little Elf is ready for the Christmas season!  Hand crafted in Italy and sitting under glass.  He has his golden gift wrapped and trimmed and is dressed in his festive garments.  A golden rope sits atop the green base that is hand painted and glittered.  The glass is "dusted" in golden glitter flakes.  Measures 7 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide.
